I have been looking for a classic mini. They are fun little cars, but is tough to find a good solid one.

PittsburghRT - I know of a nice old 64' mini cooper s clone but it's in eastern Pa. Very solid and 100 hp.
You have no contact info, otherwise I'd have sent you a pm.

He! He! I can't answer your PM. I only have 8 posts.

Go to www.minimania.com. They have a lot of minis in the for sale section.

Here's mine.

The old minis are cool, but they're so bad if you get in a wreck. Plus, there's no a/c which sucks when it's over 100 degrees! That said, they are way more go-kart than the new ones- kind of like an old 911 but less scary!

Great pics- nice rides!

Love what you done to both of your minis, especially the blue one. Interior looks very nice as well. I have a blue cooper sport 500 (one of the last 500 made) with the black/silver leather interior and a white 65 mini. Here's a pic:

Not too much room in the garage at the moment... lol both are for sale as well! Oh and Paul K, the blue one does have airbags and A/C :-)

Love the Mini's! Seeing your S makes me want to get one for a DD. Where were the other wheels besides the LM's?

What system did you use? How much does it lag the engine? Was it ever a factory option?
