Is it worth the money?
how reliable are they?

they are just unique. i had an 05 MCS with a lot of power mods, i was walking them. No rear seats, and the R56 has more potential with the turbo

If you can get one i'd say go for it; just for the rarity issue alone. If you have the time to do some research before your purchase i'd check on GPmini.net for more info.

just saw a GP up close and personal for the first time ever a few weeks ago. only got a brief look, though, because i was in the XJR and going the other way.

as a mini enthusiast (mine was in the shop, hence me being in the jag), i have to say the GP is really a special thing to see, although at its heart, it's really just a cooper S JCW with weight reductions and a factory spoiler.

I would get the GP over the R56 all day long........
