I found a dealer that was asking $10k over MSRP. The lowest out of many I've called and they have open allocations also. Anyone know of any dealers charging less?

I ordered my GT-R today. $9k over MSRP. I checked a ton of dealers and this was the best deal. Most wanted $30k over. I hope to have it in June.

I think its a bunch of crap. Every single new cool car are said to be 200 per month, and then in 3-4 month you see them sitting on the lot.

Congrats man. I can't wait to these things start hitting the States. I saw my first one at the DC Auto Show and it looks so much better in person. I love it. What color did you get?

Solid Red/Black leather with premium package, floormats and I-pod interface. Gun Metal Grey was my second choice. I heard that silver was ordered on over 40% of the GT-R orders and might delay orders with that color.

only Nissan Dealers that can sell the GTR, that are willing to purchase the fancy new "Hunter" Multi-Lazer Alingment Machine at the Permium of $300,000...

I mean cumon Ferrari Factory/Dealer uses "Stings" to aling the Enzo...

I think the biggest dissapointment you'll find is how the majority of the dealers are acting with their lowbudge supercar. Nissan USA can say all it wants to make it seem like they're dealing with the markup issue but in reality they have no grounds to enforce any dealer protocol.

I've done my fair share of phone haggling with dealers until I found one. $30k markup? Please. I heard a few in L.A. went to $50k, what a joke!

Nissan dealers don't have to purchase hunter alignment equipment, mmost do because it is the best, but they can purchase from Snap-On too if they like, and the equipment isn't near the amount you have specified here above...I have been listening to my service manager and the snap-on rep go back and forth on this issue forever! We finally bought Hunter equipment, however I know for a fact that it isn't mandatory.

wait for a month or 2, it will be all over the place!
this is going to be a mass production car!
and its a "drive" car, not a garage queen car!
so it will be all over the place, and u will be seeing kids with GTR reving an GT3 next to it on a red light!
