New GTR OWNER.

Guys,

Very glad that i pulled the trigger .I picked one up about 2 weeks ago and so far there isn't anything that i don't like about the car . I have been reading about these cars and doing research about this car even before it came out.
Its a 2010 w/800 miles
Its going to service on monday for the 1st POS.
Stay tuned for my build thread......SPE750

post pics!

I see you used to have a C6 Z06, how do you compare the GTR to it? Not necessarily speed but just overall

(Currenty have a C6Z and thinking of hopping into a GTR)

Drive one for sure...I returned mine after 25 days of ownership.

Here is a really good comparisson of someone else that has had both.

Thanks TAILWAG, i remember you from the forum. That was a great read. I have several friends with them and will drive one. I still love my Z and the power, but I also have a truck as a DD which I might be selling... making my fun car my DD. I might be moving into a bigger city where my lowered Z06 might not be pratical (speed bumps, stick in traffic, driveways, etc.). Also just kind of want to try something different. But again, these are all just ideas. I'll drive one and see

The c6z & gtr are certainly the best bang for the buck cars.
Its raining tonight in Socal and i went to pickup my gtr from Autotalent who just installed Kw V3s to my gtr. Thanks Sam
My initial experience of the gtr is that it is a pretty quick car for its size. The SEXY Exterior styling... well i really don't need to get into
Interior ... Its very spacious even for someone my size 195lbs 6'0 , The Nav is easy use and all of the other functions well....its going to take some time getting use to because usually when i drive i am enjoying the car way to much to be focusing on anything else. LOL.
The only thing that i dont like about the car would be the quality of the paint.
The car handles pretty well. Even at speeds over 100mph , it doesnt feel like going 100+ in a zo6.
I will leave it at that .
