I'm a HUGE fan of the GT2 RS (I actually get to drive one soon...can't wait), but considering all of the variables involved, I don't believe that "CRUSH" is the most accurate term I'd use to describe this accomplishment.

the GT-R is an incredible machine, and is probably the best all around performance bargain in quite some time. certainly one of the best daily drivable cars out there. a Switzer or AMS GT-R holds rightful place as dreamcar for car aficionados old and young.
but this gimmicky marketing campaign smacks of immaturity. it has all the sophistication of an online wedding proposal during a World of Warcraft match. not that i'm offended; i'm embarrassed for them. i'd love to own a GT-R, and while i'd be a very satisfied owner, i'd be cringing in my seat if word of this marketing campaign got out. the GT-R's not marred for me, it's still an incredible car, but Nissan should stop before they discredit themselves any further. just let the performance speak for itself, Nissan don't say a word and i'll bet your test drive requests will increase much more.
