Video: Stock C6 Z06 vs stock 2012 GT-R from a roll..
#17
I ran 10.7 @ 130 in mine on the stock (and wet) runflats. If the track attendent wouldn't have kept over-watering the water box, I would have had dry tires and gone 10.5 or 10.6.
It also went 60-130 in 7.05. The fastest stock C6 Z06 to date is 7.86 (my car)...but most are in the 8.5 range.
This was all with a cat-back, tune and drop-in filters.

Scott -
that was on the way to Mfest. My Z06 had ~300 extra pounds of weight (215 pound passenger, luggage, tools, etc.)
the GTR only had about 90 pounds of extra weight.
Drew's M3 as well had a lot of extra weight (drag radials in the car, passenger, race gas, jack/tools, luggage, etc.)
These runs were also at high altitude towards vegas.
Just saying that I would not take these results very seriously. I'm sure the results would be different without all of our extra weight and running closer to sea level where we usually are.
Me and the 2012 GTR are going to run again soon

Your car had a tune and catback and filters so if you do the same to a z06 it will probably do 60-130 in low 7 as well so ..... yes a mildly upgraded car beast a stock one i have seen that before .

thank's for telling all the points, I think with lower temps and what not the gtr could have done a lot better, turbo car's are killed by heat.(as well all know, while the z is still not losing more than 10hp, a gtr could be down ~30+ with high temps)
your z06 is very impressive, nonetheless
