Our 2012 Black Edition arrived last week and below are photos (which were posted on Nagtroc). Working on wheels for the car and getting the break-in Miles in. There are quite a few upgrades for a mid-year model. MSRP was a bit higher than expected, but still a lot of car for the $$ imo:

Thanks for the positive comments! One of these 2012 Black Editions was just listed on ebay last night in black.

Jasper - I'll let you know if I decide to sell the wheels--usually just hang on the the factory sets too.

str8blst - While I can tell the suspension and trans differences are the most substantial between any of the R35 model years yet, its under break-in so can't really give a good comparison on acceleration or overall yet.
