I thought for awhile that new clothes would be hard to find. It took some time to find jeans that didn't have damn holes in them. The whole distressed look is getting a bit played out imo.

I tend to dress nice, but on more of a budget and I dont regularly wear suits. I generally wear collared shirts (long or short sleeve) but not conservative stuff, most of it is more hip. But I do tend to get complemented on my shirts all the time.

But my favorites are:
Penguin (not everything, but found some damn cool shirts)
Ben Sherman (awesome pants, if your down with some different stuff)
Modern Amusement (I know nothing about them, but have some cool **** from them recently)
I have some Kenneth Cole Jeans I've had for awhile that are not super baggy, but not tight... just right really. No holes or distressed crap, but very unique fabric.
Rock and Republic have a few good jeans too that are not faded or have holes... but they are a bit on the tighter side.

btw... Chuck, is your TT black? I wonder if thats you I've seen lately.

oh, and I amost forgot. Check out the RVCA store in the Haight (where gap used to be). They have some cool stuff there, but you gotta find the stuff that isn't overly branded with their logo.

They're hit or miss - some are money, some are just crap cotton.

I've always wanted to start a t-shirt company just so I have some cool artistic t-shirts that fit just right.

kem - my TT is silverish...

for now, i'm sticking with Seven relaxed jeans, trying to track down someone who can make custom sweaters, and not worrying about shirts/suits.
