"Silicon Valley International Auto Show"

Anyone going to this?
I believe there is a Ferrari corral sponsored by a Ferrari club in the front-right corner of the convention center.
Suppose to be sunny this weekend and may skip Santana Row for this.

I was going to organize another little get together for this. Can't be any less exciting than the SF show, and its always fun to meet some new faces and get together with some local friends...maybe grab a bite nearby afterwards

i'd prefer one of the evenings since it'll be much less crowded...thinking meet fri ~7:30-8pm

Thursday 10 am - 10 pm
Friday 10 am - 10 pm
Saturday 10 am - 10 pm
Sunday 10 am - 7 pm

The SJ autoshow is worse than the SF one, and the SF one really sucked.

P.S. call me back FOOL!

You can actually sit in the cars freely unlike auto shows where it's just viewing, minus the exotics of course. The problem with that though is on the busy days when you got a bunch of kids sitting in the car playing with the wheel while their parents take pictures. I remember waiting a good 5 minutes for this one toddler to finish up jamming the shifter around and making motor sounds in a 911. I couldn't exactly tell the toddler to "Hurry the **** up!"

I'll probably be going Thursday afternoon or evening to beat the crowd. I also read in the Mercury that Toyota was setting up an off-road course to test drive the FJ and trucks on so that'll be fun.

It sucks, they have the nice cars behind ropes and its almost like getting in to a club, you got to work it, I am too old and too cool for that ****. I says 60 dollars make you hollar, better way to spend your time and money.

I consider myself young - 28 this year. Anyways, last year, the show sucked Major A$$. The aftermarket or dub section was horrible. I would not go again. Wasted of time and entrance fee.

+1....you're still young but I'm sure that you're past the thought that the Accord is a nice car to own and drive. The SJ show is for people that want to look at Toyotas, Lexus, etc. and want to see a few cool cars like an Evo or STI

My friend wanted to go and see the Veyron. I wanted to see the GTR. That was worth the $7
we didn't even enter the aftermarket section as you can see it through the window. lowridas
