Anyone been to Santana row?
What's the best time to be there?
Any weekends better than others?
Also - Tanforan? I see some threads on here, what happens there?

are you talking about the meets we have? or just shopping in general? lol.

 

I was talking about the events...
I live in Reno, get to the bay area often, thought I could hit one of the events.
Thus... Is there a better time (of the month) to go?

santana row is every sat around 9a-10am. no meets at tanforan that i know of...

there is a monthly eurosunday held often in sac area. closer to you. search the forum event section for eurosunday.

 

I do know of - and go to EuroSunday in Sac.
Looking for good info about Santana Row and Tanforan.

 

There's a Santana Row thread here somewhere.... Some weekends are definitely better than others.

As far as Tanforan goes, that's more of an occasionaly local meet depending on who sets it up. There a numerous crowds that meet there at times. I believe there's a Mitsubishi Evo crowd that goes there and Atan set up some E30 M3 meets there which I've attended.

Santana Row is probably your best bet. I think there's also some Euro Sundays in the Bay area as well....

 

By chance is this something they update on the Santana Row website for events? I am still new to the Bay Area and I go to Santana row on the weekends sometimes to draw the cars.

As far as Tanforan, I am assuming you are talking about the center in San Bruno? I have not been there yet.

 

SR meets are every saturday morning 9ish - 11ish (if no rain). the Tananforan meets are held at night near starbucks. this meet is occasional setup by ATAN888, usually e30, e46 m3s and a few GT3's.

 

Adding to what Daytonviolet already describe about Tanforan. This meet usually starts around 10pm and it usually last for a few hours. There is also another one in the south bay in Milpitas that happen around the same time.
