Tire/Wheel Shop

Does anyone know of a high end tire/wheel place close to Brentwood/Antioch that can handle a 19" satin black Champion wheel for a tire repair? Les Schwab scares me.

Thanx

I just went through the same thing with my ADV painted wheels. America and Les Schwab wouldn't touch them because the lips were painted and I told them cost and how **** I was if they marked them. Ended going with a shop in Roseville/45 mins away that had a machine that held onto the wheel via the lug bolt holes and not the lip. If you want their # let me know, but to be honest most shops should be able to do your wheel if the lip isn't painted and if they mess it up they should be able to take care of it...

I have the number of 2 shops but they are an hour + drive. Sure wish there was a place closer. The manager at Les Schwab said if there was a defect on the paint and it peeled it wouldnt be his fault. I told him I would be going elsewhere.

Brand new tires, one has a slow leak, gack!

i use 5 spoke tires in redwood city. it's pretty far from you though. not a single scratch and they do it while you wait. i dont have the patience to leave the car there for a whole day.

You might want to call Pacific Power Motorsports in Concord (Bates Ave. off of Hwy 4). They are the local installer for the tirerack.com; I stopped by the shop back in April, as I am considering new rubber. I havn't any direct experience with them yet other than talking with the owner, Eric, but they are into racing Porsches, if that makes a difference...

Like I said before, if you don't mind making the drive down to Milpitas, Auto Innovations is the place to go.

I have had them mounted many wheels and not one came back with a scratch or nick.
