Anybody knows how to install window regulator and motor? HELP!!!

My passenger window motor is done. (making crunchy noise) It's stuck won't go up or down all the way just maybe 2" crack.

If you have done this before maybe you can help me I will pay you. I'm willing to do the job with you.

I just need a little help. I'm a grease monkey but haven't done window regulator/motor work.

it's not that hard. if your window motor is fried, you can just

1. remove the inner door panel
2. replace the motor itself

no need to change the window regulator.

I've read it. So if the motor is bad do you just unbolt it? Or do you have to remove the whole regulator as well?
