Friday: white GT3 with stevens creek paper plates a block away from Lambo dealer in los gatos.
Saturday: white 997TT spewing coolant and all kinds of fluids on 101 southbound. 20 minutes later on my way back the car was still there with M5 and M6 cabrio next to it (friends coming to the rescue). i actually pulled over to say hi
Saturday: Silver 996TT parking in downtown mtn view on dana street.

I would say it sounds like the RSS plenum does make some difference in performance. The claimed 20hp? I'm not sure.
If you change the Intake and/or exhaust, the best for our 3.4L 996 would be to get the EVO flash upgrade from Sharky. It does make a noticable difference and brings the whole package together.
SSK is a must.

dark blue boxter on steven's creek this afternoon (in cupertino). I noticed this one because he replaced his "boxter" emblem with "986". I thought that was noteworthy. Had some sort of louder exhaust and a norcal sticker.

Last night about 7:30p Southbound 280 I raced a dark 911 (looked like a GT2) w/ black wheels (yellow calipers) we opened up to about 135+ neck in neck
I was in the Shelby . . .
it was fun, i got the shakes w/ the needle around 140, he eased up at that speed and for guessings' sake he was impressed by the almighy elanor!!!!
