Only one table per day. 6 days a week. Minimun 8 people per sitting - maximum 12. BYOB.

From the sounds of it, and the looks of the place, the guy is doing juuust fine - esp when you consider his lil market sells high end stuff at a generous mark-up im sure

Just a small tip, 10K a month net for a restaurant will make you go bankrupt in short order.

Then think of the monthly fixed expenses. Cost of food. Rent. Salaries. Insurance. Utilities. Equipment. Repairs. Etc.

The restaurant business isn't an easy one to make money in.

Sorry, it's the CPA in me.

I have a number of clients in the business and unfortunately, I've watched as many of them have struggled to earn a living.
