ok here's the plan, you organize it, then we slap chains on Pete's ankles and he is our grill slave. He will be forced to stand in the hot sun next to a hotter grill, scorching his feet on the flames while cooking us up some burgers!!

the last couple years we have gone to fort adams... The first year we were asked to leave cause we stayed till the sun went down... the second year we were asked to leave because someone was showing off there new supercharger and how loud the whine was... during a wedding ceremony, woops... This year I will formally be asking Fort Adams for the field.

On Amgpower we are discussing the method by how I will make money for the event... It will most likely be a fee per car(prolly $30), that will get people a raffle ticket and entry for there vehicles, whether they want to show or not... I will also be selling raffle tickets. Make a wish foundation folks will also be on hand to accept donations seperate from event proceeds.

 

Stay tuned to AMGpower's Northeast event section... we have at least 1 event planned every month through October... and October I am putting together a 4 day gumball rally style event up to canada... just about 2k miles... Will also be for charity, something that gets us out of speeding tickets hopefully

 

Cool, Newport RI. I was just there on a business trip at the Navy Base 2 weeks ago. Cool town. If only I had a ride so I could participate I can come on the R1

 

I think Ill be grilling up some 1 series burgers... and I have been lurking on this site for some time... Just now had something worth talkin about

I havent heard you complain about my greek chicken... Its the extra ingredients that make the food I cook awesome


Also, if anyone knows any restruants who would donate food, I could def use some food donations... this event always empties my wallet

 

why not take like 10% out of the donations for food or ask for like $10 per person?

Chances are I will prolly skip out on the Run part of the event this year I am bringing a bigger grill... and am going to need some time to set **** up... bringing a few tents too to get people out of the sun. And I think we have our June event NOW in the works... check over in the whoring thread on AMGP
