WOW! what an awesome time yesterday everyone. Kevin and Michelle, THANK YOU guys so much for opening up your palace to all of us. Ribs were my personal fav but all the food was exellent.
The beer selection was second to none, the music, the WEATHER, the cars, and most of all - the people were perfect. Couldnt have planned it out any better.
Until next time.........

Whew!!! OK, so last night was a GREAT time. First we gotta thank Michele and Kevin for being THE MOST gracious hosts of all time. It almost seemed like they've done this kinda thing before. And I also have to say what an incredible crew we have. I mean, do we ever have a bad time when we hang out?
I'm off to lunch. Carmella left us a present to remind us that we need to give our neighbor a key to the house. So now that its all cleaned up, I need another beer, a couple asprin, a sprinkle of Helix and burger.

Fantastic time, great food, amazing cars, and the car group is the best!!! We couldn't have asked for a better day in the way of weather either. Congrats to the Exhaust Off 2008 Champ. Next time I will saw off my exhaust at the headers to take the '09 Championship. If James had been there to assure me he could weld it back on, it would have been go time.
We definitely have to do this again, soon.
Enjoy the day.

Drew asked if I would mind trading the SRT for the M5 over night, and he was sober! So, I had the M5 for the day today. Put about 60 miles in it and my thoughts are:
Amazing interior, super comfortable seats, i drive is sick, auto stick is perfect.
Performance and handling was sick, especially for a big 4 door sedan. The only downside for me was the lack of torque. You would mash the pedal, and say hmm, the car is quick but nothing crazy, then.......oh ****, I'm doing 100mph. Its just way to smooth. For me I prefer a little more brute force, but all in all, to have my SRT, my Turbo, AND the M5, would be a dream garage. I'm good with 1,500 hp to choose from on a daily basis.
And, had we sawed off the mufflers, I am sure the V10 would have won the exhaust off!!!!!
