Where to eat in Pittsburgh?

I'm going to Pittsburgh to visit my girlfriend for Valentine's Day weekend and I'd like to take her out to dinner. We want to dress nice, but not too expensive. Something in between TGI Fridays and Ruth's Chris Actually, Ruth's Chris is sort-of along the lines of what I'm looking for, but I don't want to go to a chain. I'd rather go to a place that's "off the beaten path" so to speak.

Any recommendations? Anybody ever been to Le Mont, Girasole, or Ciccanti Ristorante?

some cool little Jamaican place downtown in Pburgh i ate at this summer. Very cool place with good menu and good prices.

Maybe another dude will chime in on the name of it or maybe you can find it online......
