Putting together January Snowmobile day....

Hi Guys,

I've been speaking with the folks at Cascade Playtime Rental, in Roslyn, WA. about a group snowmobile day. I'm planning in advance as they'll need reservations from us to ensure that many sleds are available.

It's a great place. Todd and I have been. They have great sleds, including high performance ones to rent. They also have great trails! Don't worry, they aren't guided. You're free as a bird!

They should be packed and full of snow and ready to go by January. Plus, that gets everyone through the holidays, as I know some of you travel out of town, etc.

I think it would be a blast for a group of us to head up over the pass and hang out on the sleds! They will give us a group rate if we have over 8 people.

Does anyone think they may be interested in going? I can start a tentative list. The list so far is who has told me they'd be in for a sled day.

Todd
Jody
Jason
Josh
Mark
Mike

It's pretty obvious that Jason is down...although I don't see why he'd rent snowmobiles...except to BASH on them since their not his, lol.

I'm definitely down for any weekend in January EXCEPT for 1/12-1/16 since I'll be at Whistler then. I'd really want to go on the 19th or 20th since I go to Colorado the following weekend. Would that work for you guys?

BTW, I'm not sure I'd want to bring my mine when you guys will be all on rentals. You'd probably try bashing me.

Sounds like fun, it's been a long time since I was on a sled!

Can I bring my Dog? She loves the snow.

The problem with the Yammy is that it's too FRICKIN' heavy! I'm getting rid of it at the end of this season and going with a new Ski Doo 800. Those things are seriously cool looking and super lightweight now.
