Black Fikses are on!!!!

So now that Daryl has the sweet BBS MS wheels... I have his old Fikses!
Will Anthis (at Fikse) was intrumental in me moving forward with a full re-finish which included a full inspection, all new hardware, and re-anodization to clean them up a bit... so here is the final product mounted to a clean car...

Initially I was going to use the Fikses as track rims... but I elected to mount up the street rubber and put the track rubber (thank you Ben ) on the stock rims.

Me likey... now if only Daryl with part with his RS wing...

I am looking forward to some good weather!

When I go through this next set of tires, I'm going to get mine done similar to your M5's wheels. Everyone loves how the wheels look, but they look SO much better when they're wet...a lot like yours. I can't wait.

Gotta watch out with Anodized Fikse's though, last time I checked, they get purple after a while, things may have changed since then.

PJ,
Verified too cool! Without a doubt, look better on your GT3 than mine. Just works with the dark blue.
On ur M5, I likie too!
Glad you decided to roll those bad boyz w/street rubber and cups w/stock wheels.

Daryl -- thanks for selling them to me and for the kind words.

Mitchel -- MPSC tires on my stock wheels, and according to Fikse, they have solved the "purpling" issue by switching anodizers... the new anodzer has some sort of UV protectant in the process that prevents purpling... we'll see.

Thanks Gary as well.

you can just get your lugs anodized or buy them anodized (Fikse MAY have them) that way you don't have to worry about the lug caps flying off.

Anybody have a good source for black lug bolts?

I am still thinking stud conversion with black lug nuts is the way to go.

I am not sure that I even like lug bolts? Why should I?

Looks great. Definitely the right look for a GT3.
