Thanks for sharing your story with me. I'm glad to hear that everything turned out okay for you and Lucky. It's uncanny that you were able to catch your mom and Lucky like that! I bet things seemed to move in slow motion when that happened! Very "lucky" I'd say.

Years ago I used to have a German Shepherd/Doberman female mix named Lady. She'd go everywhere with me and there were a couple times when she'd stray off on her own followed by frantic searches but she'd always return. One day, she did the same and never returned. I was about 18 at the time and after having her for about 12 years, I was a mess when that happened. It took me a long time to get up the nerve to even think about getting another dog.

It's truly amazing the power of the bond we develop with our loved ones. Cherish your loved ones, folks.

I think Jason is still taking down the lost dog flyers. There were easily 100 of them up and around bellevue.

 

Yes of course I remember you Alex. I was wondering what happened to you.

And yes, I took down all of the flyers already except for one I noticed this morning!
