hey fellow 6speeders!

can anyone on here recommend a few good places for a group photoshoot?
anywhere from the north to the south.. doesnt really matter! thanks in advance..

are you thinking for a big group? or small group? from my personal experience in the past, i've been to a few places that were nice.

for a big group, i organized that group photo shoot at remlinger farms. if you ever want to go there again in the future, you just need to call them ahead and set something up. they are nice!

marymoor park is a big area with lots of parking and you can park on the grass in certain areas.

Lake Samm. state park had a good parking area with a pretty backgroud as well.

i'm sure the guys/gals here will have some great suggestions of locations!

 

not that big of a group.. maybe only consisting of 4-7 cars?

i got a few things done to the car again since we last met up so im trying to get a few new pics in!
the car doesnt look so stock now.. trying to take as many before and after pics as possible..
im just waiting for the front bumper & speedhumps to come in and then off to the autobody shop around the end of july.
gotta save some funds for my trip down to vegas in the middle of july so i cant go crazy with the car yet.
you'll probably see my car half ***'d at the leavensworth drive if i can make it out to that event.

but yeah, hopefully you guys can suggest some cool places for a shoot.. i'd really appreciate it!

 

there are some areas off of lake washington blvd that are nice. they are parking lots, but they have the lake in the background. you could take the exit off of I-520 and take a cruise around it and see what you think. =)

there is also a boat launch in ballard, towards the ballard bridge with the lake in the background. i've taken pictures there before and they turned out pretty!

if the 6speeders ever road trip up to the olympic peninsula (port angeles area) there are some FABULOUS locations! hurricaine ridge, lake cresent, and even salt creek state park when you can drive through army bunkers and take pictures from on top of the bunker of the cars going inside.

port towsend has ft. warden. (where the movie officer and a gentleman was filmed). they have some great areas as well!

can anyone say "road trip"? =P

 

haha i might go to the port angeles drive to if it works into my schedule. i totally forgot about the ballard boat launch! i took a few pictures of my miata out there and the shots turned out fabolous.. maybe ill head out there real quick today before work
