I'd like have some fun and get some dragstrip runs in before the year ends.

Does anybody know when street cars can run on the dragstrip? Their site isn't too informative and calling the number didn't work.

hmm....i think garee may know the answer to this as i believe he's done the drag stip in a street car. i could be thinking of someone else though.

weather permit...

if it on saturday it always been same time.. 8am gate open and 9am racing start till i think 4- 8pm depend ?? or late...

Friday always like 430pm to 10pm

not sure.. have wait to see what pacific raceways say

 

Also try Evergreen speedway, not sure season is over or not? Had a friend took his classic there last month.

YES! I have been wanting to do this but never got around to finding out more information. I think I may have to wait until next season though?

I know Pacific Raceways has Test N Tune nights which from my understanding is open to the public, but I really don't know too much about it.

Any information you find or anyone has on this, I'd love to know. (ie. typical schedule throughout the year, times, advice for newbies, etc.) Thanks for bringing this up!

I might go Drag my Evo.. Hope break low 11s... I did blew my Tcase and Tranny when i launch AWD at 8k RPM... and ran 11.8s so now i have race build Tcase and Tranny by Sheptrans.com and Exedy Twin Clutch.., so i hope low 11s..

i think it will be Last Drag for Evo.. Evo going into Time attack/ Lapping racing.. and Nova SS will be Drag

Till when? I have no idea.

 

Till 10 pm or it rains which ever comes first. I'll be there will some fast street cars..

 

This sounds like fun, I may bring the turbo, or an xB? It's a real toss-up.

If I were to go to the drags this weekend, I'm assuming I will need to buy a helmet? Any other tips or advice on what to prepare and/or bring?
