I'm so in, this is 10 minutes from my house!!!

 

How many of you would be interested in a Sat or Sun event? If we can come to a consensus on a date I will take the lead and organize this with the track manager to reserve us a block of time. I will see what he will offer depending on the commitment we get.

 

I know that no matter what day is picked, some will make it and some won't, and we totally understand. We'll just hope it falls on a day we can come!

Since you're asking for what works, Todd and I can do most any Sunday. His busiest work day is a Saturday. Maybe if it was in the morning on a Saturday, he could possibly make it. Or, we can do a mid-week as well. I can pretty much make any day work with enough notice. =)

Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon would work, mid-week would as well if there was enough notice.

Sunday afternoon would be best for me...
