I believe this would be for everyone.

 

The lot and parade is for everyone but keep in mind we're trying to make the video look good for Anthony so think about how and where you park so the video looks terrific. It doesn't matter if it's a RR Phantom, it still should block everything else. Don't plop a daily driver in front of something lower so that the video camera can't see it from Desert Fire, stuff like that. We will not let someone park a car with advertising graphics on the side in front of the shot, as an example. A big part of our goal is to make the video look as interesting as possible for Anthony's audience.

 

We're not going to have E@RTC Saturday morning because of rain. No, I'm not going to start a separate thread on the subject because someone will get confused and think we're calling off the party- which is rain or shine, and we are bringing out the exotics in the rain since we're going to be inside anyway.

 

This may mean me. LOL! I am the queen of graphics these days. I'm guessing someone will be there to help direct the cars and where to park, no? If not, should I park over in the 2nd lot so that I don't mess up anything? Thanks again for putting this on for us all! I'm very excited for the event!

 

No, not you Jody, I'm talking about companies that have cars with graphics on the side to promote their business.

 

Hahahaha! I just noticed my typo. The Phantom SHOULDN'T block other lower cars. Not should. Hahahah. I'm soooo tired! We were up testing equipment for the party until late. There is amazing amount of effort behind this.

FYI, there will be other 'celebrities' at the event. No, I won't say who as we'd hate to over promise and under-deliver.

 

One last thing, if you're going to buy a ticket, do it now as the entrance is going to be nuts. Here again is the link.

I've read through this thread and checked the website and I'm confused. There seems to be a 5:15 PM time mentioned in the thread and a 7:00 PM time on the website. Are we supposed to be showing up at 5:15 PM at Desert fire? What map are you referring to? I only see the google map

 

For the 37th post in this thread by Tommy, there's a PDF map attached that shows where to go. This is only if you want to be in the video I think otherwise you can just show up a bit later, park and go directly into the restaurant. 5:15 pm is for those that want to be part of the "parade" lap around the area. The map shows that.

 

Perhaps i'm just blind, but where is the pdf? I've checked my confirmation e-mail, the site you order it from and here. All I see is the location on google maps.

Am I the only one having this issue?

I just got home from the video premier party and want to thank each and every person involved with E@RTC and anyone else involved with putting the party together, thank you very much for a wonderful time.

Anthony, I find it hard to believe that you could have done a better job on both the song and video, absolutely top notch!!! It takes a real talent to capture the true essence of the NW Exotics Community, you somehow managed to do it with both music and video, IMO not easily done.

Again, I know you don't hear it often enough but thanks to everyone that keeps E@RTC going strong, looking forward to 2011.
