H&R Wanderlust 8/20/11 Mt. Baker Drive

http://www.hrsprings.com/wanderlust/events/

A few people went last year, so I thought I'd post it again. Should be a good mix of cars and it's a incredible drive. Even the weather is supposed to hold.

Here is the thread from last year.

We will be hiking Welcome Pass tomorrow, on the way to Mt Baker, maybe we'll stop by after the hike, if there's still going to be someone there.

I brought my camera, but as usual I didn't take any pictures. The battery was probably dead anyway. I think the last pictures I took were at the tulip farms at Mt Vernon a couple of years ago. That's why I rely on you and James to take the photos.

BTW this was a great drive. Good weather, and food with a good group of car enthusiasts. I think Sean (Mustang) and I (Porsche) were the only cars from the south. Sean took me over to Bellingham International Airport to look at Mustang airplanes and cars afterwards. All in all it was an entertaining day.

I thought it was a very good drive and the weather was great !, there were more people and cars this year, and I don't think I have ever seen that many Honda S2000's in one place before.

Sorry I missed you Hummm3. Everyone kind of scattered after the drawing.

I only snapped a couple pix, but here they are.

I miss it this year as it fell on my birthday and I had a lot planned for the day. Looks like another great turnout and drive. I hope to make it again next year.

it was a great drive. I drove my corrado and I was basically behind the atom, viper, and a couple more cars running my heater due to my engine temp raising up!!! Lol I would certainly do it next year.
