It's office, the town has DENIED this event...

This would not be something that the town could accommodate at this point in time. We are in the process of completing several environmental studies which have to be accomplished before we take any significant action on this parcel.
If you have an alternative location, I would be happy to work with you.

Did you really think they would let you? This is the land of the lawyer! Someone will loose control and their family will sue everyone! Sad but true. There is no one here that would like to see this more then I.
