I first spoke to Brian on the telephone expressing concerns about how much he desired to invest into his commuter car, a 2004 VW Jetta GLS. With a number of CELs and a history of repairs from other shops unable to remedy the list of issues by throwing parts at the car, I had asked him to bring it in for a diagnostic before jumping to the decision to junk the car because of X expenses before even having us look at the car.

Steve had some recall work done on his fuel pump at the dealership. After, they had flashed his Tiguan, “Tiggy,” back to stock we had attempted to re-flash the ECU with his APR Stage 2 maps but it wouldn’t take. We overnighted his ECU to APR for their expertise.
Susan had her car towed to us claiming “(when she was ) driving the dashboard went dark, radio turned off, windows slow to roll up and the car shut off. (When she) restarted the car the battery light came on and it just had a new battery installed and the top failed to go down.” After testing the alternator of which another shop had said was in working order and the battery we determined it was, in fact, the alternator. We had replaced the alternator and drive belt and the cabriolet is in working order again.
Manny had recently had his engine rebuilt at an alternate shop but he had believed them to be dishonest. He then brought to us his Passat after the car sat for some period post engine rebuild as he was experience a severe oil leak. We had rebuilt the transmission and replaced the neutral safety switch.

This E-Gear Gallardo was not going anywhere fast. We had installed a new clutch and addressed some minor issues while we had it in house .

Patrick brought us his 07 Audi S4 after he had failed to pass an inspection after owning the car only for a week. Unfamiliar with us at the time, he took the car to an inferior shop that could not address the car’s issues and sent him elsewhere. He called us with concerns as to whether or not we’d be able to tell him anything about the issues and didn’t want to be charged again for nothing. I assured him that we could and after an hour diagnostic we unearthed a handful of issues. We just received Jonathan’s bored, honed, boiled block and boiled and polished crank back from the machine shop. The heads back together and the bottom end is being pieced back together as I write this.
Sergio isn’t new to the Volkswagen community. He started from a Vr6 mk3 Jetta that saw its end by a elderly woman that probably shouldn’t have been driving. His loyalty remained with the VW marquee as he purchased in a 2011 GTI after insurance had settled up.
Today he brings us his GTI in for a Billy Bob downpipe installation and Stage 2 Reflash.
Brian got by many years without any maintenance but “nothing lasts forever.” He dropped of his car this morning for a misfire diagnostic. By noon we had received approval to install new plugs and ignition coil. That evening he got the Volkswagen when he got out of work and drove straight into New York. One day turnaround. booyah!

Shawn dropped in short noticed because under the suspicion that his brake caliper was seized. After a detail diagnostic. We discovered that the caliper piston went through the pad on the rear passenger and driver side which destroyed the rotors and calipers (yes, you could say they were seized). His front upper control arms (foreware and rearward) bushing were “toast.” Also his front outer CV boots were ripped, his coolant reservoir was leaking, his clutch master cylinder was bone dry and his drive belt was dry rotten. HOUSTON WE HAVE PROBLEMS!

Frank brought over this Bentley Continental Speed after the dealer couldn’t align it correctly for the second time. In about an hour we got him on his way with the car driving straighter than an arrow.
Will was heading into work in the rain when traction was lost and he managed to kiss a pole at low speeds. He brought the S4 in for a diagnostic so that we could get the insurance adjuster in to address the claim.

Geoff came to us via a recommendation from a work superior of his. The S4 Cabriolet was running poorly and suspected a timing chain tensioner after doing some of his own due diligence. His suspicions were correct and we are pulling the motor to correct the issue. More progress pictures on the way.
Wes is new in town and heard great things us from the forums. We mounted and balanced his wheels of which he had delivered to us. Installed lowering springs and aligned the A5. Furthermore, we installed the rs5 grille.
We installed a Capristo Dual Exhaust on this 2014 Audi RS5. The exhaust note after the install would inspire lovers to reproduce <3

Austin dropped off his 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL500 after the ABC (Active Body Control) unit was malfunctioning. Specifically, the driver front side suspension was lifted up and unresponsive. After researching the issue it appears the front ABC valve block seal(s) failed, confirmed by the hydraulic fluid bleeding from the system and covering the engine bay.
Marco’s A4 severely over heated warping the head and ruining the pistons. Working within a tight budget, we were able to source a running parts car to get him back up to speed.

This Ford Mustang was brought to us by an allied shop for an alignment. Before turning the wrenches a quick overview revealed a driver side front lower ball joint pushed out of the lower control arm.
This low mileage S4 was due for an inspection but was experiencing misfire issues and a coolant leak. A diagnostic resulted in an old brittle coolant reservoir crack and failed/failing coil packs. We replaced the ignition coils, spark plugs and coolant reservoir.
Scott delivered us his 2007 Audi RS4 for some diagnostic work. He was experiencing pulling during braking at all speeds and his AC was blowing air just not cold air. After investigating the issues, we discovered that an Eibach coilover spring had broke and was sitting on the spring cup incorrectly on his Ohlin suspension. The AC issue was due to a failed high pressure switch. Another issue include his O2 sensor required replacement.
ECM failure on this 2011 Volkswagen GTI. New module is en route to us.

JC picked up a Gundo Hacked Muffler up on the forums but after running into some complications he sought us out for aid with the install.

After he submitted, we concluded that the water pump had failed. Fortunately, no damage was done do the engine. We swapped the water pump out and the thermostat. “Voila,” the Porsche runs great.
Anthony came in for front coilover installation and front up control arms, forward and rearward.
This M3 came us for a mid-pipe install, New York State Inspection and oil change.

Scott stopped by because the air conditioner on his 2007 Audi RS4 was blowing just not cold air and his car was severely pulling under all braking conditions. After a detailed diagnostic, we uncovered a broken front driver side Eibach coil over spring and failed high pressure switch. Furthermore, both rear oxygen sensors required replacement as the prop shaft had wore through the sensors’ harness.
Kito noticed a considerable amount of oil leaking on to the pavement from underneath his A4 after hitting some uneven pavement at speed. His concerns were warranted as he had cracked his upper and lower oil pan. Here we are replacing his upper and lower oil pan.

Kito noticed a considerable amount of oil leaking on to the pavement from underneath his A4 after hitting some uneven pavement at speed. His concerns were warranted as he had cracked his upper and lower oil pan. Here we are replacing his upper and lower oil pan.
