got some new shoes for my FD RX7

Axis Super Hiro
18x8.5 with 235/40/18 (slightly too tall for my taste, gonna swap out for 225s i think)
19x9.5 with 275/30/19
im waiting to roll my fenders before installing my coilovers, so for now its stock height, i lowered it for the pics with photochop, so excuse my poor skills
i think the matte black looks great.........someday i will either be painting or wrapping my car matte black to match the wheels also.

I could be mistaken so feel free to correct me, but the 225 or 245 tire sizes have to do with the width of the tire, not height. Getting 235/30/18 would skinny up your tire, getting 225 would just give you a slight stretch action going on.

I personally have 20 inch rims 8.5 front and 10 inches wide rear. I got 245/35 on front tires, and 285/30 in the rear. I am swapping the tires out for 225 front, and 265 rear since I need a slight stretch to pull off the most aggressive stance I can go with.

By the way, my first car and first love was a 1994 TT FD RX7, Touring edition.... I still miss it, so thanks for posting pics of your kick *** FD,

Those look good for track wheels. I would get some nice 3 piece wheels with more lip and go lower for the street/better looks.

FD looks in great condition too.
