Wow I've really neglected this thread haha.

I ended up tearing up the pinion gear in the differential on the way back from a trip to Nashville. Having found out that my U joints were shot in the driveshaft as well, I ended up having a driveshaft made for the car as well as hunting down another 3.545 rearend to throw in.

Fixed the dreaded turn signal issue. All Zs will suffer from this at some point. In my case, disassembling the steering column combination switch as well as the hazard switch in the center console yielded 3 out of 4 signals. The last one ( passenger front ) wouldn't come on because its wire had slipped from the 3 prong connector and wasn't even in the coupler. Fixed.

Here's the most recent pic I have:

I'm moving to Del Rio, TX in April and the car is coming with me. Expect major changes within the year ( more classic front end with 240Z turn signals and bumper, BRE lip, OEM Fairlady mirrors, possibly Watanabe wheels, 3" from DP back )

Thanks all!

Runs great now. I've worked out all the kinks and have working boost control now. 16psi and upping it slightly every day.

I'm in the process of moving to TX and will have the car shipped in June.
Here in about 2 years I plan on stripping the car to paint, acquiring the new Type 1 front end, OEM Fairlady mirrors on the fenders, 240Z bumper and turn signal retrofit, and then painting the car.

Right now I'm thinking 305 blue ( sky blue ) keeping the polished trim and flares black, with silver ( maybe lightly polished ) diamond racing 16X10" and 16x12" wheels and nice rubber. I can picture it now

This is all knowing that I'll have another NSX by then...
