My 300zx Turbo Slicktop

So I was bored and decide to show my current restoration/build.

The thing here is that I found this car sitting through a friend. I was so excited when I found out it was a hardtop that I could get and turbo convert. It hadnt moved in about 7 years or so. It was rusty, had a blown motor, paint was horrible, but the interior was in decent shape. I took it to my friend Dane over at Houston Z and C.R.A.I.G.S. auto repair in Houston TX. The turnaround was amazing and though the build is far from done I have moved twice this year and have been in a career change so the progress has slowed but it should begin again now that I am getting settled.

The car had 24x,xxx miles on it. We took it from hunk of junk to street sexy and none of it could have been done without Dane form Houston Z.

Eibach/tokico springs/shocks.
TT sway Bar
NISTUNE ECU custom ROM by Houston Z
Socketed Computer
3 inch Exhaust from turbo back.
555cc Nismo Injectors
Sport 525 Non ball bearing Turbos
Single Pop Intake
EGR delte
One Piece Light drive shaft.
New Paint
Jspec front and Back
Had a greddy Profec 2 boost controller but I hated it and sold it. Need a new one soon.
Did 300 whp at 7psi and an exact same setup has done right at 500whp at 17-18 psi.
maybe some more stuff I forget right now.

Have lots of plans but life comes first. Now pics.

When I first got it to the shop.

I get a box and the build begins...After a quick trip to the paint shop. (Ignore the orange peel it has since been wet sanded and buffed).

This is a shot of the new bumper where the texas humidity caused plastic to stick to the bumper. It got fixed during the wet sand process.

And that is it...Hope at least someone is impressed by saving this cars life.
