Glad I'm not the one paying for tires....driving like that will run your yearly rubber budget up to, close to $50K depending on how many events you do a month....plus practice, track fees, fuel, lodging, etc.... hey...have fun and enjoy while you can! Or don't get married and have kids!

It was a lot of custom work. They had to move the firewall just to fit the engine. Then make it RWD as well and get the parts for that. Plus it will be a drift car for scion racing I believe. Could be wrong, so top quality parts in everything of course

$250k?!? - I'm having trouble figuring out how that adds up.
Toyota Scion: $21k (fully loaded)
New engine (2jz-gte?): $5k
Turbo Kit: $10K
Intake/Exhaust/IC/Plumbing: $3k
Electronics/tune/etc: $3k
Suspension: $2k
Wheels/Tires: $10k (only because of the "powder coating" he mentions)
Paint/Decals/Etc: $10k
Weight Reduction: $5k
Brakes: $4k (They were stock supra calipers)
**** I didn't think of: $10k
My math puts that at $86k
...What am I missing?
