Any chance of disclosure of what they have done to make it work? New parts, coding etc?

Thanks to our member wnshie, my P4S has successfully installed the turbo spoiler. It took about 4-5 hours, no reprogramming required, just simply plug and play. My car looks perfert now The spoiler works fine in sport plus mode

Do u have any detailed pictures. Or a part number for the plug and play

Just buy a Turbo car for the spoiler you just bought and you will be good to go!

I want to sell mine which is non turbo. I am asking for $1000 plus shipping. It includes parts 1, six 3's, 4, 8, and 7 in the diagram https://www.parts.com/index.cfm?fuse...r-ELECTRIC/GAS in great condition. However, what year is yours? Mine is 2014, and part number for the main assembly is 97051220107. If you have an Gen 1 I, your part number for main assembly is 97051290102, and mine won't fit. But here is the link if you want it brand new:
https://www.parts.com/index.cfm?fuse...r-ELECTRIC/GAS

That being said, I really want to put a Turbo one in mine. I am a tinker. I can figure it out and share my schematics. I have done similar stuff before on other cars. I was one of the active engineers from another forum. I would like to ask for pictures of the connectors of both the Turbo and non-Turbo spoilers. I am trying to get an idea of what I am dealing with here. I have seen on YouTube where the retracting of the Turbo is not good from 105mph back down to 60mph. I want to know if I can use an arduino or similar with relays to make it work. If so, we can create a small board that will do it all for mass production if there is enough interest.

I don't think so. Some wiring change was needed. I think the up and the split are separate. Turbo has a delay between the up and the split, therefore two signal wires or 2 frequencies in one wire. That's why the guy in the YouTube was stuck during stage 2 to stage 1. Insane garage info is good enough only if you are replacing defective spoiler with same model
