Panamera official car of the Lufthansa Senator Club

Just back from a trip which included a stop at Frankfurt airport.
Plenty of black Panameras were driving around at the airport (on the infield). Apparently Lufthansa uses the Panamera to transport their elite frequent flyers from the lounge directly to the airplane .
Nice gesture and great publicity for this new car.

I on the other hand am a Platinum member with Delta, which means :
- It is virtually impossible to use my miles
- Even if I can, I will be charged with excessive taxes and fees taking away any financial incentive.
- I can be yelled at by any fully depreciated flight attendant who is protected by her union.

Are you sure it's for Senator ? I'd guess HON, Senator would be too large a crowd.
They used to have Cayenne GTS's, I don't think that getting in the back of a Panamera is a real step up.

You could be right.
Why would the Panamera be a step down from the Cayenne ?????
Have you seen it in reality ? It's a stunning car, I'd take it over an SUV any day....

Its something they do when you fly first class. If im not mistaken I drove in a new S class few years back and recently received something in the mail that stated this new partnership with Porsche, they are using the Cayenne and Panamera

Seen, driven all 3 versions on track and road, been passenger, etc ...
Pure statement of comfort, coming out of a long haul flight, I'll take a Cayenne any day.
