Any one of you have driven or own a 6speed Panamera. I am seriously considering it as my next car. Thanks a lot.

Why would BMW only make DCT M5s?

DCT is fantastic, I have it on my M3 but and in many ways better than MT. There are times I dont miss the MT from my E46 M3 at all.....but, I am sure they will release a MT F10 M5 as well....and if I were to buy a new M5 I would buy the one with the DCT, no questions asked...

They may do this because in Europe you could NOT get an e60 M5 with a stick. It was made for the US market. I sell BMW and I can tell you BMW is still on the fence with this. They do not know if it is worth the R&D costs to do so. IO for one only drive a manual and love the M DCT but would still get a 6 speed manual. I am keeping my fingers crossed as I have customer who will only consider the M5 if they can get a 3rd pedal car. If they do it I wouldnt be surprised if it was a late availibilty option. Any other question feel free to PM me. Thanks and hope this helps.

I am looking for a 997 Turbo and have the same dilemma. Can't decide if I should get the tiptronic or manual...

I still have an E39 M5 - the car that started the HP wars years ago in 2002 when BMW shocked the world with a 400hp family sedan! Just the other day I had a Panamera Turbo blow past me at the light. Had to have been a launch control take off because I doubt a MT would take off like that!

Do you mean PDK or manual? The tip is a slushbox.

Well I guess I may be the first ever in NA. I am placing a Panamera V6 (6 speed) order in the next few days. What kind of % discount can I expect on the vehicle?
