NICE! I'm sick of seeing all the cadillac ads which call the cts-v the fastest production sedan in the world, I know it's a little lighter then the wagon but not enough to make up that difference.

the only problem is how cheap the CTS-V costs. Lots O' bang for your buck.

It might cost a pretty penny, but it's one damn good car. I think the ONLY gripe most people can honestly say about it is the rear end design. Maybe Porsche will do something about that in the redesign.

 

Hmm probably not..the 911 looks like a frog ....I was hoping the new 991 would be redesigned to look more R8 or Ferrari-ish

But thats just not going to happen

At least the Panamera's front is broad and nice.

 

all wheel drive certainly helps Panny takes off quicker than CTS-V. also the CTS-V here is a 6-speed. i guess if it's in auto it might have better chance. although launch control is a bragging right which is useless in the real world, but the Panny's launch control should take this video in to another level, if activated.

i love Panamera. no question which i'd pick out of the 3. glad it's the fastest in the group.

i'm really curious on the upcoming M5 power figure because it's gotta be more than X6M & a lot lighter. can't wait!

 

The M5 is supposed to get 578 Hp instead of 555 with the X6 yet they share the same engine (twin turbo V8). Top speed with the "M drivers package" wil be 188 but 155 without it .
The Panamera turbo S is going to be a Hp and overall driving monster though.
I've never driven a Panamera turbo but loved the one test drive in the 4S .

I am wrapping up my degree and going back to my full time job overseas and will be in the market for my first big purchase (to me )

The panamera TT or TTS is definitely the first car I would pick, but it is in a different league price-wise compared to the CTS-V

I have no doubt in my mind that the V is the best car in that price range, I need a car that would take my baby seats, looks good, sounds good, and have lots of power, and the caddy does it all so well

comparing a car that goes fully loaded for 70k and a car that starts at 135k is just stupid IMO!

I don’t care for the looks of the CTS, too angular for me although out of the 3 versions I think the wagon looks best. While the drag race is interesting what’s the purpose in putting two cars together where one is half the cost?

If they had made the CTS-V wagon AWD I might have to over look the design. Figure you can get the wagon and a Boxster Spyder for less than a lightly optioned PTT.

I love the Panamera but it is one expensive car.

 

That vid was great. The panamera is looking really good as well. Next to those two it has no rear hump.
