Porsche CPO

Hi, what does it cost the dealer to CPO a Panamera S or Turbo? I am looking at a few used ones, and am attempting to understand the market a little better. Thanks!

I believe the cost for the dealer to CPO my 911 was between $3k and $4k. Not sure that translates directly to the Panny, but at least it gives you a context...

I am aware that a dealer will do a full 92/108/whatever point inspection before CPOing a car. Usually, in my experience that transalates into a max 2 hours of labor.

Not sure why it would cost $3-4K? change up tires and fix dings?

The two year warranty represents the vast majority of the cost.

of course, I was thinking that OP was referring to a CPO inspection ... actual CPO ing will probably cost a lot more than 4K .....the MP diff between non CPOs and CPOs are usually around $6-7K

I'm not so sure about that, and thats why I was wondering about the cost. It appears there's a void in valuation of the CPO warranty.

Thanks for that insight; it really helps. That helps me compare the variance in the differnt cars I'm viewing. And yes, I would pay that for the warranty.

The CPO inspection charge, at least here, is $259...so $3100-3500 is about what it costs. FYI this charge can be removed if you wish to buy a car non-certified...but I would recommend paying the extra for the CPO
