Any insight into an ideal tire pressure to maximize handling/fun on DD? Manual indicates front 40 and rear 37 on 20's, std patrol load. Just seems odd. I know on prior cars, we always had to share info on here, as the recommended pressures were likely meant to serve a different demo. Thanks in advance

tire pressure

Thanks Kip....I my conversion table search was correct, 3.0 bar looks to be around 43 psi....I assume those are your morning "cold" tire temps and then they heat up from there? I'll give that a shot and then play around from them.

UMWolverine - almost another 4 months under the belt since u started this thread.

so, how long do you think you will hold with just 1 street car? is this PGTS going to be able to continue to amaze enough on the sport side while also being a good work horse?

the one i built has landed & am going saturday to actually look at it - getting cold feet as i get closer and convincing myself it won't be quite enough to replace 2 vehicles.

Hahahaha!

You guys continue to crack me up! We are arguing about insanely nice cars that blow mere mortals minds...including me, and I own one!

The Panamera is just fine all by itself...you don't need two cars! Heck, if you change your mind later, buy another car to be it's friend...

Over 25,000 miles now, and I'm enjoying the car more than ever. Hauling stuff from Home Depot or new furniture kits is no problem. It's actually more practical than my M5 because of the hatchback, don't miss the 5th seat. The handling just amazes me. Snow, rain, doesn't matter - this car just eats up anything. Beautiful ride in comfort and on the highway and it's like a sportscar on the winding roads - for a car this big the transitions defy the laws of physics. I never get tired of the sound - just crazy when you want it to be. Before I bought the car I read a whole lot of comments about how ugly the car is etc. But I can say I've never seen a car get so much attention and complements. A couple times I've walked out of a store and found people taking pictures - that never happened with the M5!

Yes, the PGTS can replace a sports car and a luxury sedan - definitely.

My M5 made it to almost 120,000 and died right after I traded it in - seriously.
