A guy here local just sold his 2010 PTT
155k sticker and 11k for miles blk/blk
for 89K
I would say with the CPO warranty a good buy would be upper 80's
the car is missing some nice options.
Good luck it's the best sedan I've ever owned.
update:
the last 2010 panny turbo that sold wholesale/manheim
was july 9 and sold for
07/09/13 ORLANDO Regular $92,250 7,773 Above BLACK

Above average... No dings or scratches, etc... Almost perfect condition.

1200/month baseline depreciation with zero miles driven
0.30 per mile
1500 per year of warranty used up
so for a car that is probably 42 months old we are looking at 50,000 plus 3300 plus 5200

Perosnally I think the price is within ranger, however the car is a bit light on options. I had a deal on a 2010 Panny Turbo with MSRP 156K with 15K miles (PCCB, PSE, PDCC) at 89.5K. Went with a GTS.
If it was me I would be looking at a car with some more options.

My car will depreciate less than $1/mile...
