Not necessary per say. Biggest restriction will be in the downpipes. Try them first and see how you like it. Want more? Add X-pipe.

the X pipe deletes the resonator so necessary for me, less restriction, it also has theoretical advantage of the venturi effect of the exhaust gases, way they run them in NASCAR

also you are already there why duplicate the work down the road.

timelinex is infamous around these parts
Whats the most 'reasonably priced' resonator delete/xpipe on the market. Seems like all the ones I found have some serious 'porsche' tax added on to it.

Cool

No disrespect to Porsche but, AMG does a hell of a lot better job on exhaust sound.

If you are mainly looking to improve sound while maintaing the valved technology, take a look at the Tubi exhaust for the Panamera Turbo. Feel free to PM us if we can answer any questions for you!

How does the Fabspeed X-pipe compared to lets say a universal Magnaflow x-pipe? My local shop told me that there is absolutely no difference and that he can install it for me for a 20% of the Fabspeed x-pipe cost. To me the major difference is that Fabspeed comes with a complete pipes that replace most of the stock pipping and Magnaflow is just an x-pipe where shop would have to retrofit it to the stock piping.
My TT has oem setup and i'm looking to increase the sound slightly without going loud.

Can anyone tell me also in general if they did resonator delete with x-pipe only and if it was a noticeable difference and no drone?
