Question Help with Options for the Panamera GTS

I have been lurking for awhile contemplating the 911 for the longest time but now have a hankering for the Panny.

My question is to those who have checked off certain option and have said, "I would get it again," and the other who have said, "I would Never Get that again!"

For example, One fellow said he would definitely get the Lane change assist again, so it sounds like a good option to have. Whereas, maybe PTV and PDCC is not really needed for daily driver.

Could you help and point out some do's and dont's when ordering a GTS....

Hey Bos, Paul Miller! Love those guys......

In terms of options, I think most of it is really about taste:

1. Need PDCC (a must)
2. If you want a softer ride, go all seasons
3. Burmester isn't worth the money + the metal rings are irritating in the sun (get Bose)
4. LED lights are cool (not necessary)
5. Don't get alcantara (wears out too easily)

Good luck! I think if you put an order in now, you're looking at Jan allocation.

Ok so a few of my concerns are:

1. Thermal noise insulted glass?

2. Park assist reversing or surround view?

3. LCA LDW?

4. Alcantara or leather? I mean how long should the Alcantara seats last before they need to be replaced? Or just get them and replace inserts as necessary.

I would get all of the above without concern unless money is the concern

all of the above are terrific and once you have then you would wonder how you would not have gotten them!

the glass keeps my car significantly cooler and I live in Florida, also protects interior and is harder to break

others are no brainers except 4 which is personal choice. it is nice to have the ventilated seats, I have a car with both and just a matter of taste, but the ventilated ones are better when leaving the gym or hot car outside

I have had the same car with and without thermal insulated glass. It does make a difference in heat. Noise level, not so much for me.

2. Park assist with rear view with camera is an absolute must. The rear window is tiny in this thing. Surround view is nice if you parellel park a lot.

3. I would do the alcantara. Seems to be more grip in the seat with it.

I would definitely do the LCA, and being an audiophile the Burm is worth it. For home theater, you can't get Burm in your house without spending 100K for components without the wiring so for under 5 grand, the Burm is a steal in my opinion.

If you don't do alcantara, I would do the heating and cooling seats, and sport chrono package for the launch control.
