Hi All, just want to share a great post warranty from Moe. I was impressed with Moe's skill and work, but now I have first hand experience with his warranty and his guarantee!

To make the story short, I took my car to the dealership for door panel rattle issue, the service advisor said Porsche would not warranty the work because the issue might be the result from tint related work done. Since Moe did everything on the car, I called him about it. Moe assured me that he has a good relationship with the dealership and will call on my behalf and take care of the issue this afternoon.

By end of day, Moe informed me that the car will be fixed by the dealership with OEM parts and service and he will pickup the cost, Moe felt it is best for the car to ensure everything is done right.

I know Moe can take the car back to his shop and tinker with it, but was glad he step up and made the best decision for the car and his customer.

KUDOS to Moe and the great GP experience!!

We pride ourselves on workmanship and knowing our way around a Porsche...but, there will be a time where something like this happens and I truly believe that's when a company's integrity and customer service is tested.

As you mentioned, we value our clients' time, but more importantly, the relationship. We also truly want to do what's best for the car. In this case, thanks for the opportunity to show you how we take care of things when it comes to warranty. As we always say, don't worry, be glistening. Ultimately, no matter who our vendor is or who works on your car, the buck stops here at GP! That's all the warranty you'll ever need.
