Lemon

Can someone lead to the right direction.
I bought my car in February of this year 2014. Used 2011 with cpo.

In September 2014 the car coolant line broke ( the one that most panamera owners had replaced with new aluminum one)
Since ownership, i have noticed an excessive burning of oil ( constant refilling of oil within oil changes) and a slight smell of coolant after every use
Furthermore, after the september visit to dealer (coolant line fix), i have found myself having to refill coolant at least once already.

Today December 2014,i removed my front tire to check brake wear to find the bottom tray full of fresh oil. I am pretty convinced i bough myself a lemon.

What steps do i take to submit my issues to porsche as a buy back.

All info would be appreciated

These are regular things at porsches. Even other mark/models , trust me people just dont complain that much because of their investment ..if you know what I mean
Its a lemon if pdk breakes ,if engine brakes ,if it drops codes all the time.

Hopefully this makes you feel better, had a 2010 panamera 4S.
very small valve cover gasket leak, tensioner needed to be replaced , oil pump was bad (when is sport and sport plus, the oil pressure gauge would fail, but then kick in after a few seconds).
And this didn't include some normal maintenance issues.
oh...and no cpo. Its gone now. And you better believe im looking for a cpo!

Good Luck getting this Lemond...

I had a similar issue 3 years ago with a BMW 5 Series, In Florida Lemon Law only extends to the original owner of the car. I was the second owner at 17k Miles.

I heard they were trying to change this and making it a certain # of miles on the car instead of just ownership. Long story short after 3-4 months without my car and driving several loaners I wrote to BMW of North America headquarters. They eventually had the regional manager of my region to call me from BMW. He wouldn't lemon the car.. he did offer me a buy back.. the formula was my months of ownership- miles driven- depreciation etc.

Needless to say I would have lost out since I had 5k installed in mods. Eventually they fixed the car and I negotiated a check from BMW for $3000 for my aggravations and trips to the dealership and driving many cars with courtesy loan stickers on the back.

I told the guy I had lost confidence in BMW and would likely not be a longtime customer unless they showed me I mattered as a customer. $3000 dollar check was sent to me in 7 days and the car never gave me anymore issues.

good luck with your fix.
