MTRX is infamous around these parts
In my case on my 13 PTT they replaced most of the front passenger side parts and noise was still there lastly they replaced the entire air shock and car drives like new. Not only noise was gone, but I also noticed that the car was a lot smoother and did a lot better on bumps.

What was interesting is that the air shock was on back order even from Germany. Somehow this part wasn't even available in Germany and it took about 10 day to get it. That tells me that this part is on high demand because of these issues.

I'm in Arizona and have had this problem since I purchased my 2013 GTS a few months ago. The front suspension has been repaired once (replaced sway bar bushings) and now I'm in communication with management to bring it back. Will post the results of the second visit when I have the info.

Reviving an old thread here.....I have a '12 Panamera 4S with the same noise when cold as the OP.

I took the car to the dealer and they replaced the front upper A arms and the issue went away completely! I'm so glad to be rid of that noise.

There is an updated part that they now use - 970-341-05-110

I appreciate you bringing this up again. I have a 2014 PTT that has been doing this crunchy thing all winter. Took it in on Friday and the dealer is going to replace several parts in the front suspension. They told me that they have seen this so often they did not even have to test drive the car to know what to do. Parts coming from Germany so repari will happen in a week or so.

I took my 2010 PTT that was being squeaky over bumps to an independent. It was just the sway bar bushings. $100 for the parts and $200 in labor resolved the noise.

2019 panamera 4 e hybrid - creaking front end

Hi all, I know that this is an old thread but I have a UK Panamera 4 ehybrid sport turismo. It creaks when I go over speed bumps or over uneaven roads. It does it under braking. Local Porsche dealership has been nice enough but they dont know what the problem is. They greased the struts last time that they had it in.

Dropped off today again as they have it booked in for two weeks

Not sure why the post sent before I finished.

Anyway, I will update when I hear from them tomorrow, but would be good if anyone has this issue on newer vehicles.

Happens on my Cayenne Turbo S, too

Sorry if this thread keeps getting revived. I searched for "suspension creak cold Cayenne" and this thread came up. Apparently, this problem is across several of Porsche's models. Mine is a 2006 Cayenne Turbo S (955) whose noise is noticeably worse in cold weather and the noise disappears after the vehicle has been used for a few miles (maybe the engine is heating up the suspect part). Same exact symptoms as OP's. Mine sounds like it's coming from the upper portion of the right strut. New lower and upper control arms didn't fix the problem. New sway bar bushings didn't fix the noise either. Tech at the Indy I go to theorized that it's the donut-looking rubber piece at the top of the strut as it connects to the body.

Now that someone here mentions that it happens to him while in "Comfort" suspension mode, I will try to switch to "Sport" when I hear the noise just after usage during a cold morning to see if the noise changes. If so, my problem will point to the air suspension.

My local Porsche only Independent claimed the noise was coming from the upper control arm (Porsche calls it upper trailing arm). They replaced it as well as leaky strut bag and noise is gone from that side. I'm debating trying to replace the arm myself but seems like a lot of work and I don't understand at least one part of the instructions....
