Was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them or if anyone has any idea whats going on with my car.

I have a 2011 Panamera with 55K miles on it. The car drove great and even went into the dealer at 49K miles and have everthing checked out. The other day i was driving and the traction control light came on and about a minute later the car completely shut off. I attempted to restart the car and the car would turn, fire up and then sputter back off. It does that on ever attempt that i make to try to start it.

I have ran out of gas in the car twice and the car was low on gas when it did this. I added two gallons of gas to the car thinking that it was just low gas but that did not solve the issue either.

What do yall think it could be causing this. I wanted to have an idea before i take the car to any shop.

this happened to my car... don't know exactly what broke but it said low engine power and basically $6500 later it works now. something in the camshaft i only have 40k miles on mine...i was pretty disappointed. car had to be towed everywhere -_-

 

Clogged fuel filter? You should never run out of gas. All the sediment goes into the fuel pump.

 

I had this problem with a suburban, and it was a clogged fuel filter.
