Loose Trim

I have noticed a strange whistling sound coming from the rear of the car socccuring at around 90km/h. The only thing I can find myself is loose inner trim and a tear in the inner door seal. I have attached pics. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm sure there is a DIY fix.

I'm hoping that this is the solution to the whistling noise. It disappears at around 110km/h.

The first 2 pics are a loose trim on the front passenger, and the other 2 pics are the door seal (rear driver)

Apologies about the photos, they are upside down!

Thanks!
