Try rewording your sentence again. I don't understand what you are saying/asking.

Coolant leak: Reservoir/Overflow Cap O-Ring Loose

Every once in a while I notice the coolant level has decreased and I add some. I tried replacing the “y” shaped coolant tube under the intake manifold but that did not do the trick. Noticed something peculiar when installing the cap, seemed like the o-ring wasn’t sitting snugly. Replaced the cap with three new ones: Duralast, Duralast replaced under warranty, CRP, then finally bought a new one at a dealer. Still noticed moisture/coolant in the surrounding “O” shaped overflow for lack of terminology. It is kind of obvious under pressure coolant is seeping past the o-ring because it is not a snug fit. I guess I could change the reservoir, which looks like it would be a tedious experience. I’m nearing empty on 1 1-gallon premix container so I think it’s time to stop leaking out and possibly harming animals in the wild...

Doing this before with our ‘04 Toyota Sienna, I bought yet another Duralast cap and measured the o-ring as seated on the cap, then carefully pulled out the o-ring and measured some more, then went to grainger.com and bought four different o-ring packs, hoping to find a slightly larger o-ring with a snug fit. Interestingly the Porsche cap has a slightly thinner o-ring than the Duralast...

List of 4: 41UR69, 41UR68, 41UK23, and 41KY31

41UR68 looks like a minuscule amount bigger than the OE o-ring or most close to an exact replacement
Went with 41KY31. Replaced the o-rings on both the Duralast and OE cap and put the OE cap on the car yesterday afternoon. Will report back on if I finally stop the coolant loss, or at least decrease the amount lost.

Duralast o-ring, new replacement, OE o-ring (very slightly used maybe 100 mi maximum if not 50 mi).
