Bruh! It looks so good! Congrats on tackling such an ambitious DIY. As I've mentioned earlier, I had a relatively ridiculous time with just the roof and antenna, and concluded I would never attempt something more difficult haha. Though there is a level of satisfaction having done it myself, I can only imagine how happy you are overall.

Lastly, that damn hood stripe keeps me wondering if I should try the look on mine. Very "Porsche" if you know what I mean.

*edit* I just noticed in the first pic, there's something on the lower part of the doors, is that permanent or something you're trying out to see if you like it? What exactly is it?

And have you given any thoughts about wrapping this part blue at all?

Hey man, thanks Yeh it was an awesome experience and I actually (ugh) think I may try it again when I feel like a color change!

The hood stripe is actually stolen from that of a GT2RS (below) and completely makes the car in my opinion. I keep looking at the car with and without and can say without shadow of a doubt that it's better with the striping. I have seen others with those body colored carbon ducktails but I kind of like the line it draws actually tying both the taillights together It's like a bar of tint/carbon.

Oh and the door thing - I was trying out a "shopping list" thing in a racing stripe format but it didn't look good so took it straight off

Thanks for the kudos, though! It's always nice to get positive feedback!

Dynod today to see where I am and pleasantly suprised! Perfectly balanced (which Ive never seen before) and even at high altitude (5800ft) pulled a decent number. Graphs to come soon... in the meantime:

543ftlb torque
543awhp (so about 685/690crankhp)

Stock turbos, but iirc Turbo S turbos are bigger? How many turbos can you fit into one sentence 😂

It was also on a Mustang which apparently are heartbreaker dynos considering they typically read 10-15% under.

Oh and graph coming soon - was too busy chatting to get a pic so theyre sending it to me separately

I thought they were different also...titanium propellers and what not, but apparently no. I was highly dissappointed at first , not sure how I feel about it now

Ugh I’m just finally realizing and discovering this, I should’ve paid more attention and mentioned in several threads ...

If I’m understanding this correctly, Turbo S and PowerKit X80 turbochargers were shortly recalled after released and replaced with the same turbochargers as the non-S Turbo. It just has a different ECU tune from factory.

If so, it’s quite disappointing. It explains why an aftermarket tune for the Turbo S is not a drastic increase in power compared to a tune on a non-S Turbo.

Just had someone take some new shots of the car and am going to undertake a few things soon:
All fluid changes
Spark plug change
Sway bar bushings upper and lower changed
Thermostat replacement
Waterpump gasket replacement
Potentially - Fabspeed high flow cats and AWE track exhaust

Looking great as always!

Just curious, any reason for all the change/work? Particularly the sway bar bushings? Issues or just preventive maintenance?
