Nikita4Ever is right, if it hasn't been changed get it fixed
this is from my 2010, it took almost no effort to pull the pipe out, the glue was long done.

 

@newporsche You don't need the dealer to check it. Once it's cooled down or before you start it in the morning, get your hand on that metal tube part and try to manipulate it. (Shasta bandaid with JBWeld still holding)...

 

If you are not a DIY guy, please find a “trusted” Porsche independent shop to upgrade this part for you.

 

im trying to find the specific pipe to check for, is it possible without taking off any of the engine components?

Just carefully pull straight up.

I left it off early in ownership for ease of repair.

I've only seen the (right side, same as your right hand but on the car) fail. But you can check both with this removed I believe. (I left all of them off)...
