Thanks for the helpful links. I just noted you're not too far from us! Maybe a meet up is in order some day, hopefully in between break downs! (This car has been breaking down one after another)....
Ordered an air oil separator from FCP Euro with the part number you kindly provided. I've used their lifetime warranty for our '92 190E on at least one occasion and it's saved me maybe a couple of hundred dollars, just in case my wife decides to keep the Panamera long term. I do like Autohouse AZ's 3 yr/36 k mile warranty, which is better than the OE Porsche one I believe.
Now for the wait...

DogWood and NormalFellow, thank you!
Received the ventilation air oil separator Monday, replaced it by removing front engine cover, engine bank cover, disconnecting the two hoses, disconnecting one coil pack harness, e-torx 10 (x 4) and it pops off without much fuss. Cleaned the hose between air oil separator and MAP with the MAF cleaner, recleaned the MAP.
I cleared the codes and have been driving two days without check engine light.
I hope this can be a reference for others in the future.

Im glad it worked out well for you sir! I apologize if Ive already said this, but you should follow up all of this with a good easy intake valve cleaning... You'll notice even more of a drastic difference. You can pick it up at any autozone too.... I promise you, you will be mindblown and with the cost of gas in CA right now, this will surely help.. Oh thats in reference to the CRC Intake Valve and Turbo Cleaner spray.

So now I find the coolant level is low. Added approximately 4 oz and it is still low. Ran to Walmart for distilled water and picked up a K-Seal bottle. Tempted to pour it in....

Had to add a little over 16 oz to get it back to the notch between the + and -. When my wife started it in the afternoon (after sitting overnight) I am glad to report no white smoke. She drove it over 100 mi since going on a trip. I will check again before our 90 mi drive back. (I followed separate in another car). If it is low again I have the K-Seal with me and will put it in just before we drive home.

Well, I do not want to be continually adding coolant/water. (It is low again, I'm guestimating between 4 - 8 oz). Do you think the K-Seal will not seal the leak, or will cause other issues? The instructions claim the system can be flushed clean and fresh coolant installed once the leak is stopped.
I'm relieved you did not mention head gasket, but seems like you are not recommending replacing said vent pipes, or whatever needs to be done for it to stop leaking out there? Maybe it's something I can repair myself?
(Thank you again for all your help)!

I did find the vent pipes and intake manifold gasket available from FCP Euro, but my wife complained about having to constantly repair the car. Since it's technically her car I have not ordered the parts yet. After every drive I need to add a few ounces of coolant/water. I now carry a one cup volume measuring cup with 50/50 coolant/water mix in the front cup holder and just pop the hood and add some after the engine cools down.

JZchen, This coming up week, if you dont mind driving down to Anaheim, I can totally help you out with everything and get everything all squared away so that your wife can enjoy the car troube-free.. Trust me, I totally get it... My wife was the same way, haha. Message me your contact info

Okay, I have the list of parts you need me to get. I added the K-Seal to no avail and have been adding coolant every day to keep the reservoir topped up. Noticed a tiny bit of oil leaking out the valve/cam cover. Driving around today I get a Check Engine light and pull the same two codes. They're back!!!

So I opened the tube from the positive crankcase ventilator/air oil separator to the MAP and there is oil in there again. Is my air oil separator just defective or something is causing premature failure? (Thanks)!

So, I was sitting outside the gym where my son was having some fitness training, and it dawned on me. Maybe I have a head gasket failure? I noticed when the engine is warming up the coolant is the first to reach 201 F, while engine oil takes a longer time to get up to 210 F. While the coolant is hot and oil is cold relatively is the coolant going into my oil, boiling and then destroying my brand new air oil separator? (Sigh).

with no dip stick about the only way to tell would be to drain your oil and see if there is any coolant in it. (milkshake)
how much oil did you find in there - i suspect you'll always find at least a little bit as the AOS isn't perfect, otherwiase we wouldn't have a carbon build up issue on the intake valves.
