Troubleshooting locks/alarm/electrical issue

I have a 2011 Panamera 4S. About a month ago, I noticed my alarm stopped chirping when I locked the car sometimes. Maybe a couple times a week. Last week I realized that it’s not even locking all the doors. Driver front and passenger rear are not locking when I do not hear a chirp. Passenger front and driver rear are locking without a chirp.
other background. New battery was put in less than 1 yr ago. I checked all connection and tight, no corrosion. I charged the battery which it was already at almost full (took about 3 min to click off on full) using AGM charger 2A trickle. I have not cycle tested the battery yet but I just don’t feel it’s a battery issue. Even with charger connected, same doors and chirp did not occur.
my onboard system says car is running between 14.4v and 14.7v. I have not used a tester to confirm accuracy.
I searched the forum and see lock actuator is common. Would that prevent the chirp? What’s the odds 2 actuators go out at the same time?
Any suggestions???

only when it actually locks all the doors. If the 2 doors do not lock, lights do not flash.
